I have a strong interest in the mind / body connection and using bodywork to ease the body to relax the mind. Work, play and stress affect us all differently and therefore it is important to take the time to get to know the needs of each client so that bodywork may be catered to the individual. I enjoy taking time to cultivate a relaxed atmosphere so that the stress of the day may melt away and provide space for a therapeutic and restorative process where wellness can be found.
I am highly interested in meditation, yoga, running, cycling, weight training and RELAXING. I feel a great benefit from working mind and body AND relaxing mind and body. It is my wish that we can all enjoy some space in our lives to take care of ourselves and therapeutic bodywork is a wonderful way to take time for our own wellbeing.
